Downloadable software upgrades will provide both minor and major
enhancements to improve the operation of your ROSA EM
installation. Software Upgrades are free to all registered ROSA
EM system administrators.
Software Upgrades for TNCS
Attention TNCS Users - Two ways to
get Release 3.0
If you are currently a TNCS Release 2.0+ user or your TNCS
installation is covered by the annual Support Agreement, you are
entitled to a free TNCS Release 3.0 Upgrade CD. Contact your
local Cisco Representative for more information or fill out the
Request Information form and we will get back to you! Once
you have installed the TNCS Release 3.0, it is important that
you download the latest upgrade (see list above) from this page
for the latest enhancements.
Release
3.0 builds on earlier versions of the TNCS software through the
addition of several key features that simplify operation and
provide more accurate alarm logging, reporting, and
