Leadership Development Program
Financial Track
A two-year rotational program, the Financial Leadership
Development Program (FLDP) provides the opportunity to excel
within a combination of finance and business unit teams across the
organization. The FLDP provides qualified individuals with a
full-time position that encourages broad exposure to corporate
finance at Scientific Atlanta, Inc.
Positions require well-rounded, highly-motivated and self-starting
individuals with an undergraduate business degree, preferably in
Finance or Accounting. Prior experience, career goals, and the
needs of Scientific Atlanta, Inc. will determine the job
rotations.
Typical analyst rotations include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Transmission Network Systems
- Subscriber Networks
- Manufacturing (Juarez, Mexico)
- SciCare Services
- General Accounting
The analyst coordinates with product strategy, marketing,
sales, and engineering in order to broaden their understanding
of our core businesses.
