Campus Recruiting - Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) attracts talented university graduates for entry level positions within Scientific Atlanta's Finance and Engineering organizations. The program is designed to give each member a unique set of job experiences over a two to three year period. In addition to working with multiple business units, program participants also take part in a tailored two-year leadership training curriculum. Upon graduation from the program, participants are well prepared to be influential leaders at Scientific Atlanta.

We recruit for finance positions during the fall and for engineering positions during the spring. We have members and alumni from the following universities:

Emory University
Carnegie Mellon
University of Minnesota
West Virginia University

Virginia Tech
Georgia Tech
University of Florida
Georgia State University
University of Texas El Paso
