Like most element management systems TNCS will recognize when a problem occurs within seconds by producing an alarm; however, TNCS goes further, it provides easy to use graphics that easily pinpoint the location of the trouble. And is some cases TNCS will reroute service to backup equipment with little or no loss of service to the end customer.

During a typical service outage troubleshooting the problem requires more time than any other function. TNCS is designed to recognize when a problem occurs and to provide the operator with all of the information to easily locate and identify the problem.
